I can’t recommend this store enough! The products are all so beautiful, and the customer service is impeccable. Special shout out to Micah and Barbara who were both so fantastic and talented in helping me design and furnish some rooms in my new house. Run don’t walk! And ask for Micah :)

We decided to upgrade our dining room and didn’t know how to pull it all together. Our sales associate Jorge L. was fabulous to work with. He has a great style about him and extremely knowledgeable about his profession. He gave us suggestions on what would match the our choices - from the dining room table, chairs, chandelier and buffet. We even showed him our current room, paint color and layout and he got us to a place we would never have been able to do by ourselves. I cannot recommend Jorge enough. Additionally, the store is great - lots of choices.

Arhaus is an exceptional brand on all levels. Unique styling, modern yet traditional influences from around the world. Sam was a wonderful designer that helped and the rest of the team went above and beyond to welcome us. They were attentive, knowledgeable and so helpful making the process seamless. I am so happy with my Paletta coffee table it makes the whole room! Arhaus is a great addition to Old Orchard. Now I don’t have to travel to Oakbrook anymore. Thank you so much, highly recommended.

We purchased several pieces of furniture form Arhaus at Old Orchard location.The pieces are so beautiful and well made. I had such a wonderful experience thanks to Alberto Ortiz.He was incredibly helpful throughout the whole process.His professionalism and friendly attitude made this experience easy and enjoyable. I also had to reach out to their corporate offices regarding an issue that I had with one of the pieces and Joe over there was very professional and helpful as well. It`s rare to find customer service this thoughtful , it`s truly appreciated. Overall an outstanding experience, definetly will be coming back.
